My approach to therapy draws from various evidence-based modalities that are utilized throughout the therapeutic process. These practices include Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT,) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT,) and Solution-Focused Therapy. I work with individuals experiencing PTSD/trauma, depression and anxiety, postnatal and postpartum diagnoses, Borderline Personality Disorder, Dissociative Identity Disorder, Depersonalization Disorder, Bipolar I and II, substance-use/dual--diagnosis disorders, grief and loss, divorce/coparenting, and life transitions.

​With these comprehensive approaches tailored to specific client needs, we move beyond symptom management and explore the emotional, spiritual, and mental cause of individual suffering to foster transformative personal growth and long standing change. We often lose or forget who we are as we navigate through life’s ebbs and flows; together we can rediscover your purpose and bring you back to wholeness. I work through authentic connection, compassionate listening,
somatic/ physical work, humor, and relatable life experience. I offer individual therapy to adults and adolescents and work with couples and families as well. My experience includes work in residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs.

I am registered in California as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from National University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon.
