I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I obtained my BA in Psychology, minor in French Literature, and am a Certified Professional Life Coach. Having worked for many years in the corporate world, I bring extensive experience and relatability to career professionals, helping clients achieve their goals to unlock their true potential. My areas of specialty also include couples, pre-marital counseling, discernment therapy, separation and divorce, blended families, substance use and dual
diagnosis, depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, eating disorders, life transitions, and sports psychology. As a former ballet dancer, I have a unique perspective in working with competitive adolescent and adult athletes. Additionally, I have been teaching ballet in the San Diego area for 20 years and am well-attuned to the mind-body connection and holistic wellness.

I have worked with a variety of populations in various settings including residential treatment centers for severe mental illness, substance use, and mental health, as well as an outpatient treatment center for substance use and mental health recovery. When working together, I integrate many approaches to assess and develop an individualized treatment plan in collaboration with each client. I utilize a blend of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy,
Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I have an empathetic and compassionate nature, and truly want to understand the struggles of my clients to facilitate personal growth, self-awareness, and healing to help my clients live the life they are meant to live.  I look forward to working with you!
